Request an Accommodation

Please contact me with any counseling accommodation requests. See my contact page >

Ask me anytime!

I am an advocate for inclusion and diversity in my practice.

Asking for accommodations can feel awkward or intimidating – I get that! I trust that my clients know what’s best for them and will not ask you to explain yourself.

Clients may reach out at any time with accommodation requests, even if the topic has never come up before. I will do my best to find something that works for you. 🙂

Counseling accommodations

Most accommodations can be adapted to therapy. If you have a specific request, you may ask me in-person or send it via email at emilyofoviedo@proton.me.

What is Universal Design (UD)?

When something is Universally Designed, it is made to be accessible and inclusive of a wide range of people (with varied abilities). I use UD to make counseling flexible, clear, and uncomplicated.
