Worried at work or school?

It is perfectly normal to feel day-to-day nervousness and worries. Many high-achieving people deal with these feelings on a regular basis. When you are an ambitious and responsible person, stress is essentially unavoidable! We have to meet deadlines and work under pressure. It is a lot of pressure! However, there are healthy ways to cope with these tense situations and feel relaxed more often. If you are looking for more balance in your life, I can help.

Stress and anxiety: what’s the difference?

Everyone deals with stress to some extent, and regular amounts of stress can even be healthy for us! Stress is a response to an outside, or external event, such as a big deadline or performance coming up. Anxiety is a response to an internal event and describes the way the body reacts to stress. You may feel this way even when nothing in particular has happened to cause this feeling. Click here to read more about the differences between the two.
