Request a counseling accommodation at any time

Asking for accommodations can feel awkward or intimidating – I get that! I trust that my clients know what’s best for them. I encourage clients to reach out at any time with accommodation requests, even if the topic has never come up before. If there is an adjustment we can make for therapy to be more successful, I’m all ears! 🙂
